Since the photo is in the Public Domain, you can easily add it to your sidebar - if you have a blog!
Just look for the little widget (or gadget) that allows you to add a photo. (But first drag the photo from this blog to your desktop.) When you try to add the photo to the widget, you'll find it offers you an opportunity to "browse" - and then search for it on the "desktop" of your computer.)
